We Squashed It & No One Knew….
People are so funny to me. It’s as if they thrive off of drama and BS and almost seem to wither and die when there is none. Well I’m a firm believer of keeping some stuff close to your chest, everybody doesn’t need to know everything about YOU plain and simple.
The thing I find even more interesting is how people react to you when they think they know what’s going on with you and another person. Well I’ve been involved in a semi-war or pretty Epic proportions, well maybe not EPIC but it has withstood the test of time and a few decades almost. Well anyway most people just assume or maybe they just automatically think me and the other person don’t get along and what do they do?
They often try to play us against each other, it’s quite funny to watch. Unbeknownst to them we laugh about it later and let them keep talking, well guess what? It happened again, just today.
I told yall that I had to send my son to his father, right? Well it was all good while everything was going my son’s way but hmmmmm seems like last night, the honeymoon was over and my son gets into it with his pops. First thing out his mouth, “call my mother, I want to go home”. LMAO, he wants to go home????? My ex-husband tells him, look here lil’ nikka, you are HOME, so deal with it. Lol! Of course my son didn’t believe that, well not until my ex-husband called me to confirm it to my son.
I know he was like, how’d I miss the memo? Yall supposed to be beefing, since when do yall get along? Man, all I could do was laugh, hell I’m still laughing now, he thought he’d be able to play us against each other as children often do with parents, especially since he thought we were beefing, but sorry son, we squashed it and no one knew!
