WITHOUT The “Becky” Plies Gives The $$$$
I swear, I DIG THIS DUDE!!!!!!! I don’t know him but I need to holla at Plies. There’s just SOMETHING about this dude, I LIKE! I remember hearing an interview he did and i knew INSTANTLY this dude is smart. I can barely look at them damn gold teeth and I don’t really like his lyrical content on most of his songs, but I think I get “it” with him.
Does He play a “goon” on record and is really just a very intelligent guy? On the other hand some of the smartest people I know are street people. I’m gonna’ have my people reach out to him, cus’ we need to talk.
Anyway, he constantly does good stuff and I love it. First he gave the lil’ kid who’s mother obviously thought it was okay to bring her under-age kid to a Plies concert some money to go someplace “kid-friendly” and now he gives a fan $50k to go to college.
I hope this is real.

One thing you can’t take from him is he’s a highly intelligent individual. I just don’t like the fact he portrays something he’s not. He has alot of teenagers worship him thru his music and the message it sends. At the end of the day they wanna be goons and don’t realize for him it’s all a act. It’s great what he does for people, but in all honesty I think he trying to get attention for his upcoming album.
I agree with you but i dont know about the attn for his upcoming album. I genuinely get the feeling that he means this stuff based off of the things I’ve heard him say. It all comes back to this “posing” thing, Is he posing as a goon just to make money and if that’s the case is it wrong? It’s a job, not really sure how I feel about it.
I’m not 1 that’s all on that “hood” “goon” mess, I’m too grown for that but for a lot of people it is. I don’t even listen to his music other than if it happens to be on the radio. He’s been compared to Tupac alot, who was a friend of mine and similar to Plies from what I see of Plies, maybe that’s why I’m drawn to him, idk.
Plies is a real dude from what i see. He comes across as an intelligent young man in his interviews. I also luv the way he’s always helping out those in need. I have always wondered why he sounds so intelligent in his interviews and then turn around and sound like a str8 up goon on record. its good that he can seperate the two when necessary…i respect that..nuthin but luv 4 the brother…i don’t think he’s the best rapper in the world, but like Jeezy said on the Jigga joint “if u listen hard enough, he says some things.”
