I’ve been trying my best to keep quiet. Why did I even bother, yall know I can’t shuddup! Anyway, Rihanna is REALLY irking the hell out of me with this victim mess.
YES, I agree, she was a victim but come the F*CK on, can we get a break from this sympathy tour she’s on in the hopes of increased record sales.
Most people I know are already saying her CD is blase’ at best but must we rehash all this stuff that happened damn near 10 MONTHS AGO in the name of capitalism. I rebuke all this dumb shit in the name of SOUNDSCAN immediately.
On the flip side, i do realize that when dealing with traumatic experiences, sometimes it take people a while to come to grips with what happened and before they can speak on it BUT, this is bullsh*t, she would’ve got more sympathy from me had she waited until way after the CD dropped, even though I still would’ve questioned the timing.
To me, this is just plain sad, does she, the label and ALL of the people involved have that little faith in her upcoming project?
This has publicity stunt and reeks from all other types of stank sh*t to me, I’m just saying, smh.

How the interview should’ve went:
“Hi. My name is Rihanna and i thought i was a good girl gone bad until i got my ass kicked. Why’d i get my ass kicked? Because i thought that no matter what i said or did to Chris he shouldn’t and couldn’t hit me back. I don’t care if i punched him in the face with brass knuckles on, he better not hit me back because i am a girl. Man was I wrong. Go cop my new album it comes out before his!”
that’s funny K, but I think he was wrong non-the-less he never should’ve touched her. It’s so easy for us to say the man should walk away like it’s okay for a woman to abuse a man, I know it’s a HUGE double-standard but I think that way and it’s more so just because most men are physically stronger and it’s not a fair one, in my opinion.

Lady, heck yes he was wrong and he has admitted that. He is doing what he needs to to rectify the situation. However, I am not buying the whole innocence routine from her. She isn’t a victim she is an opportunist. Sympathy sales my ass, betcha I am not buying that mess. If anything people should be mad at her for trying to use a serious subject all in the name of record sales. There are real men and women being abused because the person they are with feels like they can do it. These people live in the reality of domestic violence not in that fairy tale bs land where she resides.
Girl did you hear her say “even if I hit him first, did that give him the right to hit me?” Ummm yeah at least in my opinion. You don’t hit a man because you don’t think he should hit you back. you’ll be in for a rude surprise. But in reality, no one should be hitting anyone and shouldn’t be arguing to the point where someone feels like they are backed into a corner.
I DONT CARE…. No matter what, a MAN should NEVER, EVER, EVER, hit a woman. No matter when she spoke OUT, he was wrong for beating that girl down. I WISH a boy, man, male, would Hit my daughter. He would have to SEE ME… Lets not down play domestic abuse..
I’m not downplaying domestic abuse and I agree with you wholeheartedly but shouldn’t that go both ways as well? No one should EVER put their hands on another person under any circumstances in my opinion. I think she is abusing the domestic abuse issue with this whole PR thing. I don’t doubt she wasn’t hurt, physically and emotionally, I just wish she’d get whatever help she needed and learn from it that way rather than use it as part of her promotional campaign for her new cd.
I also think neither she nor he are done with each other. It seems to me that in each of their little “interviews” they are really sending messages to one another, so again I question the truth of this stuff, not of what’s being said but of the real intentions behind it.
yeah and she totally threw Chris waaaaaaayyyyyyy out there…he had no reason 2 beat the brakes off her like that, but come on…we know that fight wasn’t one-sided…i think she should’ve just kept her mouth shut about it. she probably would’ve sold more albums…she may have lost a few fans with that bogus interview right before the album dropped…smh…i like the “Te Amo” song though…lol
