Wealthy people are always faced with frivolous lawsuits and this is damn near everyday with Puff.  If he isn’t being accused of stealing someone’s publishing, royalties, songs, woman or anything else it wouldn’t be Puff-worthy.

Now this lady is suing him for age discrimination, hmmmmmm this sounds like a stretch even for Puff.  Francesca Spero claims she introduced Puff to Russell Simmons and Andre Harrell ( I seriously doubt this cus’ I was around then and Puff used to roll with Doug E and he was ALWAYS around so I’m sure he knew Russ and Dre’ already) I’m guessing resulting in him getting what, his internship!  C’mon Son, people always want credit for some extreme shit when their contribution was actually a lot smaller.  Anyway, she’s been an executive with Bad Boy until March, now she’s saying she was fired cus’ of something with a hip surgery (nothing to date you like hip surgery, huh) and reportedly confiding in someone at Bad Boy she had a relapse with drug addiction.

Hmmmmm, sounds like old girl got caught getting geeked up and now she’s screaming foul.  Puff’s people say she was fired for things other than her age and I’m inclined to believe that.  Am I really siding with Puff for once?

Damn, I guess it’s true what they say about the Devil being hard at work.  While T.I. is virtually enveloping us in a publicity campaign out of this world with Takers, the magazine covers and being in headlines everywhere I sure wasn’t expecting this.

He and Tiny were arrested when during a traffic stop the officer smelled weed and found it.  We all know Tip’s on probation for a minute so I wonder what this arrest means for him.  I know people will be mad but I’m gonna’ be me, that was a DUMB ass move for Tip!

Considering the charges he basically “walked” on if I were him I wouldn’t be doing ANYTHING that might even be possibly construed as legal.  Hell a mofo with 8th stage cancer and a valid medical marijuana carrying card with 3 signed prescriptions in their pocket couldn’t ride with me!

I’m just saying!  We’ll see what happens next.

P.S. – I’m surprised Tiny didn’t just take the charge.  When are they going to make this stuff legal?

This has to be one of the craziest things I’ve heard!  A lady lost 118 pounds following the Weight Watcher’s diet, she went from size 24 to size 12.  So thrilled by her progress she wanted to work for them and considering she’s actually trained and taught thousands of people in hundreds if classes about the program it should’ve been easy right?

Well they told her that as a size 12 her body mass index is too high to work for them.  That’s that bullshit!!!!  On one hand I kind of understand the idea that they are selling “thin” and the people that represent them should kinda’ be thin.  I think they should be HEALTHY but that’s me.  I also think that it’d be a good thing to have a “before and after person” in house so people coming to them have someone to relate to.  Yes, they have the “paid” celebs they have repping the company but let’s be real, when these celebs do these diets they have chefs and trainers and everything else to make sure they lose the weight.  The average person doesn’t have all that.  Anyway they won’t hire her cus’ she’s apparently still too big for them.

What are your thoughts on this?  Do you think they should be sued and better yet, should they lose?

I’m a fan of Michael Douglas and I’m shocked to find out that he’s been diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer.  This is especially odd to me because, does he not have regular checkups?   You’d think someone with his finances would.  The next question that comes to mind is, if he has been seeing his doctor regularly how did they miss this?  Stage 4 is pretty far along.

Douglas says he has an 80% chance in beating it and I hope so and wish him the best.  I don’t recall ever hearing of anyone beating a “Stage 4″ cancer though.

I say this time and time again, PEOPLE GET YOUR YEARLY PHYSICALS!!!! They can be the difference between life and death!

The other day someone tweeted about hearing of artists turning down $100k show offers.  That tweet reminded me of a show I had for an artist where the people were going to pay him $120k for a 20 minute show and he declined.  I was stupefied by him declining the offer, especially when he told me he didn’t have any prior commitments.

I totally understand the not all money is good money thing but this offer was a GOOD offer from a reputable government organization and the connections and networking alone would have been great for the artist.  He didn’t budge, he said he didn’t feel like it.  I was like, “FEEL LIKE IT???”  The thing that killed me was dude’s family was so broke before, he didn’t have a job, his girl worked at Mc Donald’s and dude turning down that ticket when he could’ve flied in and out same day didn’t even have to spend the night cus’ it was a day show.

It was then I really believed the phrase, “gone Hollywood” cus’ only a Hollywood mofo would turn that down.  This was about 5 years ago, no fast forward to present day and dude ain’t doing too many shows and none if them are paying him that.  I bet he wishes he’d taken that show now.  True he’s a millionaire etc. but the hustler in me would’ve had to scoop that $ real quick and keep it moving.

Date #1 – Charles (name changed for anonymity) , the Account Executive

I met “Charles” in Ruth Chris where I was having a meeting with a client and my boss.  At first I wasn’t going to give “Charles” my number because there was something off about him but I decided to anyway.  Appearance wise Charles is very attractive, he dresses very well and he smelled good.  3 for 3 I was all for it, ladies know about the “smell factor”.

Anyway, Charles called me the next morning and asked me out for drinks and I agreed to meet him.  He said we could meet somewhere near my house or job to which I quickly replied no let’s meet in Atlantic Station somewhere.  Did this guy think I was going to put him in the general direction of where I lived or worked?  Men are crazy these days, lol I thought about meeting him by Stonecrest which is the other side of the world in my opinion but I figured Atlantic Station is pretty safe.

We met up and all I can say is, I should’ve followed my initial instinct when I thought something about him was “off”.  This man that I met in Atlantic Station was a complete different person than the one I met at Ruth Chris.  I don’t mean it was another guy, but everything about him was different.  I came from work so I was still dressed in work clothes but this guy was dressed like Lil’ Wayne.  I was in awe, not in a good way, he was a grown behind man dressed as a child.  Needless to say I was ready to go instantly but I sat down to have a drink.

After I ordered a cosmo and he ordered shots (plural), I’m thinking he’s an alcoholic.  Then he started talking about his record label………. ummmmm, I GOTTA GO!!!!

Date over, later for Charles.  I guess it’s true everybody in Atlanta is either a rapper, has a record label or something similar.  I have another date with someone else planned, I’ll post about that next week.

Halle Berry vs. Stacey Dash, who’s the baddest?  Of course this is an argument based solely on vanity, and not accolades.  We all know that Stacey Dash doesn’t come close to Halle in terms of building a resume.  BUT, she is bad, and bad in the strictly visual sense, comes with no resume.  What puts both of these ladies on the same playing field is the fact that they are in their mid-40’s, and look the way they do.

They each have a kid(s), and still look the way they do.  Of course when you have money, u can afford to look like this…body-wise, Yes.  However, these two ladies are both naturally beautiful.  I personally couldn’t answer this question.  In my opinion, this is like asking me if I’d like my million dollars in small or large bills.  I can’t seem to find an edge in favor of either…visually.  Even when you dig deeper, beyond the looks, it’s still difficult.

Halle Berry gives you that financial security, and model-like looks.  But, she’s supposedly a little off, AND, dry in the bed! Hmm…  Then you take Stacey Dash, who gives you that exotic look, AND first night sex!  But, who knows what’s going to happen, if you’re not bringing in that bread on the 1^st & 15^th.  Now this is not to say that Ms. Dash is broke by any means, but let’s be honest…who would you be more confident in seeding up, because face it, you’re aiming for success during each lust-filled encounter!  I digress…Let the debate begin!

I just recently heard a statistic that 1 out of every 2 people in Atlanta is unemployed.  Damn, times have really gotten bad and while it’s being reported the economy is looking up I can’t really tell.  What I can tell is that people are suffering and having a hard time.  What annoys me is it seems that honest hard working people are struggling ridiculously and criminals and convicts are chilling.

It’s a sad sad day and time when a person who’s worked their entire life can’t afford to go see a doctor or get prescriptions filled BUT the mofo’s out robbing and killing people are getting FREE healthcare and if they are refused it, then it’s considered they are being treated unjust.  UNJUST!!!!!!

It’s unjust that based on the facts it looks like crime does pay.

This complete f*ckery right here is damn near criminal.  What would possess her to wear this outfit?  I realize that Tasia isn’t the most fashionably conscious person but, where are her people?  Her daughter could’ve told her this fit was BUSTED.

After all the reports that she was on the road to recovery after her “alleged” (I’m still on the fence) suicide attempt, to wear this mess is equivalent to swallowing some aspirin.  Neither will kill you but with both you end up #DEAD smh…

I’ve been Black all my life and all of my life I’ve noticed the same thing going on among Black people, they’re always looking for a “hook up”.  It really annoys me to no end, 1st from a professional level and 2nd just in general.  As an accountant whenever I come into contact with potential clients that are Black they think that because I’m Black I’m supposed to “hook them up”.  Do they ask the other accountants that aren’t Black to hook them up?  Do they think that my work should come at a reduced rate because we share the same skin tone?

What annoys me even further is that they never expect and/or ask the other races to hook them up and you want to know why?  It’s cus’ I’m Black.  When looking at people that are of the same likeness I never think oooooo I’m about to pay less.  To be perfectly honest I don’t even have that in mind I’m just looking for the best price for the best service.  Keeping it 1,000 I always try to spend my money with “my” people but it very rarely works out that way.  It’s not a case of reverse discrimination or anything, it’s more about loving and trying to support my people.  Too bad in most instances I either come to regret it or the work is sub-standard.  After learning my lesson a few times, I now just pay whomever I think is going to deliver and I don’t do this because I’m Black, I do it because I don’t have time for the bullsh*t!
