ATTENTION*** New Jersey Parents READ THIS!!!!

New Jersey law requires drivers under the age of 21 to identify themselves with red decals on their license plates. This is utterly ridiculous and even more so, I think DANGEROUS for teens.  I don't understand what the red decal would do to help prevent accidents etc.  I do know that it would help identify that there was a young person operating that car to a different breed of person, I'm thinking criminals. The law has only been in effect for 2 months but the police are reporting that because of it the accident rate has already gone down.  I don't think enough time has passed or that they have enough data to make that determination. Extreme Bullying

This bullying thing is getting progressively worse, I guess it's a sign of the times and society we live in but the bullies I remember from school used to just pick on kids and maybe take their lunch money. A kid in New Hampshire was forced to get a tattoo of a male sex organ and some crazy words on his behind by the kids at his school.  The child's father says the boy has attention deficit disorder and thought the boys would leave him alone as they promised if he got the tattoo. When their kids turn 12, parents are concerned about peers pressuring them to smoke cigarettes, drink and use drugs, but it turns out 12-year-olds are doing something else: getting high on inhalants.
