I just recently heard a statistic that 1 out of every 2 people in Atlanta is unemployed. Damn, times have really gotten bad and while it's being reported the economy is looking up I can't really tell. What I can tell is that people are suffering and having a hard time. What annoys me is it seems that honest hard working people are struggling ridiculously and criminals and convicts are chilling.
It's a sad sad day and time when a person who's worked their entire life can't afford to go see a doctor or get prescriptions filled BUT the mofo's out robbing and killing people are getting FREE healthcare and if they are refused it, then it's considered they…

I've been Black all my life and all of my life I've noticed the same thing going on among Black people, they're always looking for a "hook up". It really annoys me to no end, 1st from a professional level and 2nd just in general. As an accountant whenever I come into contact with potential clients that are Black they think that because I'm Black I'm supposed to "hook them up". Do they ask the other accountants that aren't Black to hook them up? Do they think that my work should come at a reduced rate because we share the same skin tone?
What annoys me even further is that they never expect and/or ask the other races to…

Last night I was speaking to my ex-boyfriend, the New England Patriots player I told yall about before and he told me that I'm the one that got away and that he still loves me and is still in love with me after all this time (10+ years later). My ego was like, yeahhhhh I put it on that ninja, I still got him open lololololol, but honestly it got me to thinking.....
Is this dude crazy, like for real? I always knew he'd do anything for me but C'mon Son (Ed Lover voice) I could've loved you and all but after all this time, I'll holla, I mean you cool and all but I wouldn't mess with you…

Wow! So yesterday I watched a documentary called "Maafa 21: Black Genocide in 21st Century America" detailing the creation of Planned Parenthood and how it was a by-product of the Eugenics Society whose main goal was population control of black people after the slaves were freed. It chronicled how the 4 million slaves that were once considered valuable property became liabilities once they were set free.
It also went on to show how some of the largest families (Rockerfeller's and Carnagie's) funded this plan even Proctor & Gamble. Looking back at it now from a different viewpoint being that I'm more intelligent, nawww I'm not going to say that, I'll say I'm more "educated" than the freed slaves were…

Man, it's been a minute since I've done one of these and this may be the realest one I've done to date. See I'm very intelligent and have a lot of insight on things now, I charge it to life experiences, age and growth but I wasn't always this way (meaning insightful not intelligent cus' I've always been a BEAST with my mind). I don't get into the little things with other women because I have knowledge of self and know WHY we are the way we are and they don't and I hate an unfair fight, I'm no bully.
Back in the day though, I was a bitch, straight up no way around it and I was in these females…

We've all heard the stories that social security is running out of money and that by the time I'm of age to collect the fund will probably be bankrupt but have you heard some people want to raise the retirement age to 73?
That's just ridiculous to me, who's going to be working at 70? If young people can't find jobs now what makes them think people are going to just jump at the chance to hire someone's grandma, shoot let's be real the way things are going these days a 70 year old could very easily be a great grandparent.
Most proposals are saying raise the age to 68, 69 or 70 and raise the early retirement age from…

It's been a while since I've gone IN on a women's topic. I think nothing is more fitting than women running their good men away. In a time when our economy and country is in turmoil financially I think it's best that I say these words cus' I know there are some women contemplating some dumb shit and your girlfriends aren't no help and they're cosigning your dumbness.
Times are hard for everyone and if you have a good man that has fallen on bad times and is perhaps out of work or underemployed as so many Americans are, just let that man be. I'm not saying let dude lay up and do nothing but if he's been a…

Okay, so this mofo called me at 3 am and I tore him a new one! There's an extremely SHORT list of people that can call me at that time and most people I know aren't on that list unless it's an emergency.
Where's the respect and even further, nikka are you freaking crazy? Unless you're stranded on some street in Atlanta after being robbed by some dudes or becoming a victim of some scandalous females, you call me during daylight hours and no later than midnight.
On the other hand if you're "HIM", you can call me whenever, lol…

This right here is very interesting and when you look at the particulars I can't help but see both sides of the argument.
Did you know that the simple fact that you're pregnant could cause and/or allow a mortgage company to deny your loan right up until the closing? When you apply for loans it's based on the information you provide as it relates to you current income. Now say you're about to have a baby and the mother was an earner considered for the loan application and intends to take time off with the baby, resulting in a loss of income for whatever period of time, a lender could look at this information and determine that the other…

You ever look back on your life and be like, why/how did I do that mess? I'm a firm believer in no regrets and that everything happens for a reason but I swear I've had a little reoccurring wart like mofo that I just can't shake for nothing that keeps popping up over and over in my life. I'm not going to diss GOD and say that person never should've been there cus' GOD knows best and placed them there for a reason; but I'm gonna' say, idiot you served your purpose why are you still breathing the same air as me?
I will say this to people and I follow this in my life now, think, think, THINK before you…
